Todd Energy and Nova Energy are proposing to build a gas fired power plant in the King Country. Ecological Solutions was engaged to assess the water quality and aquatic ecological effects of the proposal including the construction and operation of the plant also providing expert evidence at the resource consent hearing. Resource consents for the project were granted in 2017.
